10/10 I recommend Laura Kelly for both helping sell or purchase your home. We’ve now used her to purchase twice and to sell once. She is detailed, timely, and very informative. You would think with this being our second time purchasing a home we’d be more seasoned. Nope! (Lol!) However, Laura was patient with us and walked us through everything. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a “seasoned” buyer, Laura can help you either way. We ran into some issues with our HOA in the selling process and she worked closely with our lender on managing our way through.
